24 Collection – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at 24 Collection. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Intimate apparel (like lingerie), for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at asishkhamaru003@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we may have already processed the order for shipping.
